BibleBytesDesign provides animated videos for companies, individuals and churches on a subscription basis or in a single one-time video. Companies, individuals and churches may select a subscription plan to receive a set number of videos per month.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• Organizations/individuals can choose from different subscription plans.

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance.

• Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

4. Permitted Usage

• Organizations/individuals are free to use their own videos free of use.

• Biblebytes Retain the right to post videos they back to their Website or Social Channels.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All content (videos, graphics, text) is protected under copyright law.

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination & Suspension
BibleBytesDesign reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
7. Modifications to Terms
BibleBytesDesign may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
8. Limitation of Liability
BibleBytesDesign is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of pennsylvania.

• Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation/arbitration before legal action is taken.
